KINGFISHER LAKES MONTROLLET
NEW VENUE 2014
Kingfisher is a forty year old family owned lake which has never before been rented out. We bought the lake four years ago since when it has been lightly fished by our family and friends only. The lake is very well stocked with many carp in the 20lb plus and 30lb plus range and contains the fish that were there already. There are almost certainly 40lb plus carp as the family caught 30's 3 & 4 years ago which have not been caught since. There is also the Kingfisher lake monster. We have been broken on several occasions by one or more very big fish. We haven't seen it /them yet. It/they may be catfish or very large carp.
Four swims are available. A maximum of four anglers accepted.
On a drive and survive basis with a guaranteed warm welcome and friendly attention during your stay.
(A cabin is available lakeside equipped with a gas stove and kitchen equipment a toilet and a basic shower.)
Should you decide to fly we will provide free transport to and from Limoges airport. (20 minutes.)
Weekly rates:
March to September.
Hire of the entire lake: £400
2 Swims (2 anglers max.) £250
1 Swim. (1 angler) £150
Bait and groundbait available at reasonable prices.
Other fishing equipment available for hire.
